The journal was recently purchased by Routledge/Taylor & Francis, and we are still in the process of transitioning membership management systems.  While we wait for an online payment system setup, Taylor & Francis has created two options for signing up right away.  One is to call their offices and relay information via telephone, and the other is to submit a contact form electronically, which will then be followed up by a pro forma invoice.
